MANUFACTURE

We still continue to manufacture whilst following Government guidelines.. ie Hands, Face, Space

Our biggest challenge during workshop production is the Safety of our staff, Childcare issues, and obtaining supplies.

Nationwide, we are temporarily experiencing longer lead & delivery times due to both COVID-19 and the EU Transition the UK is currently in the midst of.  As a result of this, we are also experiecing a 6% hike in supply costs as of 01st January 2021.

SITE SURVEYS

We will continue to carry out Site Surveys whilst following Government guidelines.. ie Hands, Face, Space. 

In addition, all clients must confirm that they have had no contact with any previously Covid 19 infected family members, friends or colleagues. Any Household Covid Test results must have been Negative. We will also use and expect clients to wear face coverings during surveys.

Everyone within the S Cawdery Bespoke will be strictly following the. Government guidelines at all times outside of work to respectively protect both our customers and their families health.

DELIVERY, COLLECTION & EXTERNAL INSTALLATIONS

All supply only items will be offered on a “Contactless delivery” or collection basis until further notice.

Staff will not be expected/requested to travel on any Public Transport until further notice. 

Site installations will go ahead, however, clients must confirm that the site is free from other trades and all Covid-19 Guidelines must be followed by clients and ourselves.

INTERNAL INSTALLATIONS

Domestic Furniture installations (wardrobes, bookcases etc) will take place subject to further Government reviews/announcements and all Covid-19 Guidelines must be followed by clients and ourselves.

For the safety of our staff and clients, we will expect windows to be open, safe distance client contact, and a WC available for use with Sanitising/hand soap/PPE supplied.
